XPO also has the Indirect Air Carrier Approval from the Transportations Security Administration. In addition, XPO qualifies as a “Women Owned Business”. Customers include printers, financial institutions, direct marketing and fulfillment companies and range in size from smaller Internet businesses to some of the largest brands in the world.

Fabrizio “Pep” Alvear - Chief Operating Officer (COO) Fabrizio “Pep” has spent the last 13 years specializing in international transportation and mailing, and has over 15 years of experience in operations management. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the international mailing industry, along with his close communication with XPO staff and clients, make him a sound expert in the field. “Pep” has an Associates degree in Business Management from Bergen Community College in New Jersey. He enjoys spending time at the park, swimming and attending baseball games with his wife Kathy, and daughter, Jesenia. |

Kelly Herold-Martinez - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kelly, a native Southern Californian, brings 22 years of international mailing industry and sales management experience to XPO. After graduating college with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Kelly began her transportation career with Avis Rent A Car in sales, training, and management. Eighteen years ago she began her career in the international mailing industry in sales management. Enjoying the dynamic nature of international mailing is what led Kelly to form XPO with her partners. In her spare time, Kelly is passionate about USC football, learning golf, walking on the beach and cooking. |

Kathleen Krum - Partner Kathleen possesses more than 17 years of international mailing and marketing experience. Having held various sales and product management positions throughout her career, Kathleen has worked with international mailing clients across the country. She currently serves on the board of the Denver Postal Customer Council (PCC) and Denver Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA). She is also actively involved in the Rocky Mountain Direct Marketing Association (RMDMA) and the Mail Fulfillment Services Association. Kathleen has a Bachelors Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. Kathleen relocated to Colorado in 1997 and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of snow skiing in the winter - and water skiing in the summer with her husband and two children. |

Tracy Parry - Partner Tracy brings over 16 years of experience in international transportation and sales and management to XPO. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Mail Systems Management Association and the advisory board for the Van Nuys Postal Customer Council. Tracy holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. In her off time, Tracy enjoys cooking, skiing, pilates and spending time with her husband, Ray, and children, Ryan and Lauren. |

Karen Wagner - Partner Karen relocated to Southern California in 1991 and began her career in the international mailing and logistics industry at TNT as a customer service representative before venturing into sales. Karen has over 16 years of experience in the international mailing and logistics industry. She has served on the board of the Direct Marketing Association of Southern California, Los Angeles Postal Customer Council, South Coast Postal Customer Council and is also active in the Mail Systems Management Association, Western Fulfillment Managers Association and the Mail Fulfillment Services Association. Karen grew up in South Dakota where she attended college, majoring in English. She is well regarded for her dedication to her customers and her sense of humor. |
